German Pekin Hatching Eggs

Our eggs in 2011 had an average fertility of 80 to 85%, perfect for hatching in a domestic incubator or under a broody hen.

We have found over the last five years that the hatching rates have not been reduced after transportation through Royal Mail. However Pekin eggs and Indian Runner ducks eggs require a little more experience to hatch than hens eggs.

Our eggs are selected for size and shape and stored at the optimum temperature until dispatched.

We try to ensure all our eggs are dispatched within 48 hours of laying.

Our self-imposed standards can sometimes lead to an order being delayed but as our discerning customers have to wait 28 days to view their purchase we do our best to increase the probability of hatching.

We naturally cannot guarantee that all the eggs are fertile but we test our eggs for fertility on a weekly basis.

When you order from us we supply you with our contact details. All our customers are welcome to call for advice if required.
